INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOOKING: while booking this service, select the time which is the closest to your scheduled landing. Then, during checkout, add your flight number to the “Order Notes” field. If you forgot, you can always contact us after booking, specifying the flight number.

The driver will be waiting for you at the info point of your terminal at the FCO or CIA airport. With a large car or van (depending on the number of persons), he will drive directly in front of your hotel or AirBnb in Rome. The transfer typically has a duration of 45 minutes, but depends on the traffic conditions and the location where you want to be dropped off in Rome.

Exclusions:
- gratuities
- any other personal expense
- You can cancel this service, for any reason, up to 7 days before your landing and get a full refund.
- If your flight is cancelled, we can accept cancellations and issue a refund only if the notice arrives in our email at least 24 hours before the scheduled landing.
- In case flight is delayed, the driver will know in real time and will wait for you anyway.
- No refund is given for late cancellations.
